Staplehurst Carnival and Fete - This is the only annual village event, which brings the majority of village organisations and villagers together for a day. The Guide Association - We have two Rainbow Units for girls aged 5 to 7 years, four Brownie Units for girls aged 7 to 10 years, two Guides Units and a Ranger Unit. All units meet in the Kathie Lamb Centre, Jubilee Field along the Headcorn Road. This centre is also used for GA holidays, nightly accommodation and training. The Staplehurst Branch of the Royal British Legion - The Branch was formed in October 1931. Our aim is to promote the welfare of all those serving or who have served in the Armed Forces, together with their dependants and not just Legion members. The Weald Club for the Disabled (a branch of the KAD) - Meets most Fridays at the McCabe Centre, Bell Lane, Staplehurst between 9:30 and 14:00. It is to enable anyone who is physically disabled and lives alone or with a carer the opportunity of outside contact and activity, plus a few hours respite for the carer.
