Ps'arms are a team of Christian
puppeteers, based at Staplehurst Free Church. Our aim is
to share the good news of Jesus' love through the medium

Club - meets at Staplehurst Manor, Frittenden Road every
Friday at 7.30pm. Table money is £1.50 per guest per evening.

Staplehurst Carnival and Fete -
This is the only annual village event, which brings the
majority of village organisations and villagers together
for a day. The aims of the Carnival and Fete are twofold
- to raise funds for deserving village causes and to provide
an afternoon of entertainment for all who wish to attend.
It is normally held on the last Saturday in June.

are played from April until late September. Saturday and
Sunday teams play in the Invicta and Kent Village Leagues
respectively. The Tennis section plays winter and summer

The Guide Association - We have
two Rainbow Units for girls aged 5 to 7 years, four Brownie
Units for girls aged 7 to 10 years, two Guides Units and
a Ranger Unit. All units meet in the Kathie Lamb Centre,
Jubilee Field along the Headcorn Road. This centre is also
used for GA holidays, nightly accommodation and training.

The Staplehurst Branch of the Royal
British Legion - The Branch was formed in October 1931.
Our aim is to promote the welfare of all those serving or
who have served in the Armed Forces, together with their
dependants and not just Legion members. We meet on the 2nd
Tuesday of alternate months, at 20:00 in the Legion Hall,

of the KAD) - Meets most Fridays at the McCabe Centre,

enable anyone who is physically disabled and lives alone

plus a few hours respite for the carer. Transport can usually
