Minutes of the Last Meetings

The Minutes shown herein are either awaiting adoption or the most recently adopted Minutes of Staplehurst Parish Council. To comply with the letter of the law, Minutes should be approved formally at the next meeting, before being published as a true record. This is the reason why some minutes are marked "awaiting adoption".  

Local electors are welcome to attend Parish Council meetings and listen to the public debate of Councillors (see the Calendar or Agenda pages for details of meetings).  A Public Forum will be held at the discretion of the meeting chairman (usually on closure of the meeting) when local electors are invited to raise issues or provide information to Councillors.
