The Health Centre opened in March, 2007 and is located at the rear of the Public
Library with access from Offen’s Drive and from the High Street via the path beside

centre is currently managed by the West Kent Primary Care Trust.

The Centre is open Mon – Fri. 8.30am to 1.0pm, 2.0pm
to 6.0pm.
When the Surgery is closed the NHS Direct 24 hour call service is available on 0845-4647

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Requests for repeat prescriptions may be left at the Reception Desk during opening
hours or in the mailbox on the main gate out of hours. Please give 48 hours
notice to allow time for the prescription form to be prepared, signed and sent to
Lloyds Pharmacy.
CHILD HEALTH CLINICS
These clinics are run by the Health Visitor, Di O’Hara. Further information
can be obtained by phoning her on 01580 895838.
NHS DENTISTS
The Primary Care Trust intend to offer NHS dentistry. The Centre does
not hold the patient waiting list for this service. For further information
